Donovan Leigh James is a co-founder and Chairman of the Board, TELiCON. He is a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) and a Certified Fiber Optic Specialist and Instructor (CFOS/I) with regional and international expertise in the design, integration and implementation of various telecommunications transport systems and their related infrastructure including Fiber Optic. Donovan holds degrees in Electrical Engineering, Marketing and a MBA (specialization in Finance) from Florida International University (FIU). He is presently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at the Mona School of Business (University of the West Indies). He has over 25 years’ experience in the telecommunication industry, spanning diverse areas in Jamaica, Latin America, Caribbean and South America, in technical operations, sales & marketing, technical training, project management and consultancy.

Dave Campbell is the Managing Director. He is a Certified Fiber Optic Specialist (CFOS) and a Certified Project Manager (CPM) with over 20 years experience in telecommunications technical operations. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at Herriot Watt University.

Lyndon Cameron is the General Manager, HFC & Security Systems. He has strong professional and senior management experiences, which spans over twenty-five (25) years within the telecommunications industry acquired from regional and international companies such as Flow (Jamaica) and Comcast Communications (USA). Mr. Cameron is a graduate of Kingston College and attended the University of Phoenix, Florida.

Crystal Anderson is the Vice President of Administration and Human Resources. She brings approximately eight years of strong senior management expertise in Administration and Marketing. Her professional experiences are in Financial Control and Marketing gained in the Financial Sector.Crystal holds an Honours, Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in Media and Communication and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Human Resources, from the Mona School of Business (University of the West Indies). She is also a graduate of the Mannings High School and The Hampton School for Girls.

Maurice Gordon is a Field Operations Manager for the Fibre Optic Division.  He is a certified and seasoned Fibre Optic specialist with over fifteen (15) years of professional experience gained through working with leading companies in the telecommunication sector. Maurice specializes in Fibre Network Design, Site Planning and Implementation and Troubleshooting.

Ronald Brown is a Field Operations Manager for the Fibre Optic Division. His areas of expertise includes approximately over twenty (20) years in Fibre Optic, Cisco Routing and Switching, Project Management and Customer Support Management. Ronald is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Jamaica Computer Society.

Shyron Haynes is the Head of HFC and Broadband Networks. He brings strong technical, operational and management expertise accumulated over 25 years of working in the telecommunications industry both locally and regionally.

Isaac Rankine,Bio (Click for Bio) Isaac Rankine is the Head of Wireless Networks and Cellular Tower Installations. Isaac has held many managerial and supervisory positions in both the C&W (Cayman Islands) and the C&W Regional Head Office. Isaac has strong expertise in the installation and maintenance of cellular sites/towers; exterior plant installation and maintenance (fibre and copper); and, central office equipment installation.
